*Jada Pinkett Smith claims she and Will Smith intend to take legal action against the former assistant who claims he busted the actor having sex with close friend Duane Martin.
According to Smith’s former friend Brother Bilaal, he once walked in on Smith and Martin having sex in a dressing room, Hot Hip Hop DX reports.
Speaking to popular YouTuber Tasha K on November 13, Bilaal explained: “I opened the door to Duane’s dressing room and that’s when I see Duane having anal sex with Will. There was a couch and Will was bent over the couch and Duane was standing up killing him, murdering him. It was murder in there.”
Bilaal also commented on Will and Jada’s sex life, claiming the actress is a size queen and seemed to suggest that Will is lacking in that area.
“If a woman is used to something the size of a baby leg and you come in with a pinky toe, there is nothing you gonna do to please her. If she itching for that baby leg, she want that baby leg,” Brother Bilaal told Tasha K.
As SandraRose.com reports, Jada was asked about Will’s alleged gay sex scandal during her appearance on “The Breakfast Club.”
“Let me just say this, it’s ridiculous… and it’s nonsense,” Jada said.
“And this is a person that tried a shakedown, a money shakedown, that didn’t work,” she added. “We’re gonna take legal action, um, because it’s one thing to have your opinion about somebody versus just making up salacious, malicious stories.”

Smith’s rep also denied Bilaal’s allegations. “This story is completely fabricated, and the claim is unequivocally false,” she said in a statement, TMZ reports.
