*If you think scandalous headlines and cancellations can keep Jada Pinkett Smith’s “Red Table Talk” down, think again.

The former “A Different World” star confirmed her popular series will be back when responding to a fan during a TalkShopLive stream in partnership with Good Housekeeping on October 14, Revolt reports.

“The Red Table is coming back. We are in the works of a situation right now. So next year,” Pinkett Smith said. “We could not do the Red Table while I was writing this book and while Willow was on her music journey, so we have decided to come back next year.”

Pinkett Smith’s confirmation comes months after Facebook Watch canceled “Red Table Talk” in April. The five-season show, which featured Jada, her mother, Adrienne Banfield-Norris, and daughter Willow Smith, premiered in 2018. During its 129-episode run, “Red Table Talk” featured interviews with celebrities such as Gabrielle Union, Tiffany Haddish, August Alsina, Toni Braxton, Kid Cudi, Wale, Ciara, T.I., Snoop Dogg, Will Smith, and Jada herself.

In 2021, the show expanded its universe with the premiere of a spin-off featuring hosts Gloria, Emily, and Lili Estefan.

In addition to “Red Table Talk,” Pinkett Smith spoke on several topics with Banfield-Norris. The 52-year-old actor/musician’s appearance at the TalkShopLive stream comes amid her current press tour to promote her new book, “Worthy.” The more than 400-page memoir offers a look inside Pinkett Smith’s life, from her days watching and participating in the drug trade as a youth in Baltimore to her friendship with rap icon Tupac Shakur to her career in the entertainment industry to her relationship and marriage to Will Smith.

Jada Pinkett Smith’s “Worthy” is available now where books are sold.
