*“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Drew Sidora and her husband Ralph Pittman are pulling the plug on their marriage.

Sidora filed for divorce on Monday, an hour before her estranged husband filed his own legal paperwork to end their marriage, PEOPLE reports. In her initial complaint, Sidora stated their marriage was “irrevocably broken.” In an amended divorcing filing, she claims Pittman is an abusive “serial cheater and adulterer”.

Per PEOPLE, Sidora filed her amended complaint in Gwinnett County Superior Court on Wednesday — claiming she “simply cannot take [Pittman’s] continued blatant disrespect and mental abuse any longer.”

Among Sidora’s allegations… Pittman committed “repeated uncondoned adultery during the marriage” and when they attended counseling over his infidelity, he “professed his love” for her.

Sidora claims Pittman “allowed his multiple paramours to have direct contact” with her and one of these women allegedly sent “sexting messages directly” to the ex-couple.

The documents also detail how Pittman, who has been married to Sidora for nine years, financially abused her as he had access to her business account. According to Sidora, Pitman, per PEOPLE, spent more than “at least fifty percent (50%) or more of all income” that Sidora earned under “the guise of paying household bills.”

Sidora “is certain that her income has paid most of the household bills” during their marriage.

Meanwhile, Pittman released a statement to PEOPLE addressing the end of his marriage.

“Love is a beautiful thing,” Pittman said. “Unfortunately we have made the difficult decision to move on to our next chapters, independent of each other. Drew and I have decided to file for divorce. We have three amazing young children, and their mindset and growth is what is most important. As we navigate this difficult time, I ask that you please respect our privacy.”

Sidora also shared her own statement that reads: “After eight years of wholeheartedly fighting for my marriage, I have made the agonizing decision to release my husband with love,” she said. “Although Ralph and I have decided to move forward separately, the hope is to remain friends so that we can co-parent responsibly. In spite of our very public life, I am asking for privacy during this difficult time as my children and I learn how to navigate through our new beginnings.”

Pittman is requesting joint legal and physical custody of their children, while Sidora wants joint legal but temporary and permanent primary physical custody, per the legal documents, according to PEOPLE.

Sidora’s complaint says that Pittman “should not be entitled to any alimony or spousal support” from her due to his adultery.
