*Professional bodybuilder Sheryl Grant is preparing to compete in November for a second title as Ms. Olympia.
News Nation reports that she was 55 when she won Ms. Olympia in 2017. She’s now taking fans on her journey as she trains for this year’s competition at age 61.
“On this journey to Ms. Olympia at 60+, my goal is to reach 50 million people around the globe, letting them know that age is just a number and that they can achieve their goals at any age!” she wrote on Instagram.
“Starting the journey to Ms. Olympia for the second time is difficult, but it has opened my eyes in ways I never thought imaginable,” Grant wrote in a separate post.
“I’m more motivated watching you. I’m over 54 and I’m going even harder now,” wrote one fan in the comments of a video Grant posted to IG on July 27.

Grant’s FIT for Life community helps individuals transform their bodies and minds.
