*Ne-Yo is in the process of getting divorced from Crystal Smith, but he is not sitting back and waiting for it to be finalized before starting to have fun. This can only mean the “So Sick” singer is not so sick of what’s going on in his marriage life.
A video of Ne-Yo getting handsy with a female fan in a club has gone viral. The video, shared by the female herself, has the 43-year-old singer/songwriter/actor caressing the woman’s back and butt as she twerks in front of him. The setting looks like a club.
In the heat of things, Ne-Yo then pulls the woman’s hair and outfit so as to have her closer to him. The two were separated by a rail. He then spanks her bottom.
The woman, no doubt thrilled beyond measure, took to social media to register her happiness. She posted the video with the caption, “YALLL I had a time with @Neyo last night. He IS the sweetest.”

Before her critics could even start commenting, she hit them first with this addition to her post, “Yall can’t say s**t to me no more. Don’t @ me, @ ya momma.”
The video in question doesn’t show Ne-Yo’s face, but the woman also shared a picture she took with him, just to confirm the man in the video is the “Stay” crooner.
“Yall Neyo just held my hand and kissed it,” she added.
Fans and critics of the singer quickly moved in to react to the latest developments.
“He’s another one. Honoring peasants when he had himself a queen,” commented one fan.
“Dudes be throwing they wife and kids away just to go back to the club to be able to do this with no remorse,” another cried.
The woman wasn’t done yet. She later decided to provide more details in the comment section of The Shade Room’s post: “Me and @neyo had nothing but pure fun with our people! Pure vibes. He was sweet af to all my friends even got a extra bottle to give us sho. Nothing but love!”
In August, Ne-Yo’s wife filed for divorce, accusing him of cheating on her with several women throughout their marriage.
She posted on social media that it has been “8 years of lies and deception. 8 years of unknowingly sharing my life and husband with numerous of women who sell their bodies to him unprotected … every last one of them! To say I’m heartbroken and disgusted is an understatement. To ask me to stay and accept it is absolutely insane. The mentality of a narcissist.”
