Keyshia Cole & Daniel Gibson Finalize Divorce – They Agree to NO Child/Spousal Support!

*#KeyshiaCole and Daniel “Booby” Gibson seemingly kept it cute during their divorce proceedings—so much so that the two are not seeking any child nor spousal support.

In documents obtained by @theblast, the two have agreed to no child support. They’ll take care of their 10-year-old son when he’s in their respective care.

“Each party is ordered to support the minor child while the child is residing with that Party and current child support is set at zero,” the settlement said.

Keyshia and Booby have also opted out of spousal support.

“The Court finds that both parties waives any right to current spousal support. No court shall have jurisdiction to order any spousal support for either party at any time,” the settlement reads.
