*You know it it has to be a good American animated series when Stanely Tucchi and Daveed Diggs voice women and the hilarious actress Kathryn Hahn is involved.

EURweb correspondent Monique Loveless recently spoke with some of the cast of Apple TV+’s “Central Park” about their favorite part of animation and some words of encouragement they can give to the city of New York during this time.

“I’ve grown to like it or appreciate it. “ Leslie Odom jr., says about doing animation, “ You can really take things moment by moment and because it’s drawn later you can get really creative.”

Central Park is an animated musical comedy that follows Owen Tillerman (Leslie Odom Jr) and his family’s unconventional life in New York City. While this takes place in NYC our correspondent had to ask the obvious. What were some words of encouragement they may have for the people of New York as they deal with this coronavirus pandemic?

“I think I have to take this advice for myself,” Tituss Burgess says. He goes on to add: “Be patient! Don’t be lured into going out, meeting people, and seeing friends and stuff just yet.”

Of the same question, Odom says: “Hold on, we’ll make it to the other side of this.”

Meanwhile, Kathryn Hahn, who voices the mother, Paige Tillerman, chimed in with this:

“ I am sending so much love to New York. Just from the beginning of this, my heart has been over there so deeply.” She goes on to agree with Odom and Burgess to stay the course, stay safe, and obey the rules as closely as possible.

The animated sitcom was created by Nora Smith, Josh Gad, and Bob’s Burgers creator Loren Bouchard. Originally scheduled to air on Fox, “Central Park” was shelved then bought by Apple TV+.  Look for its premiere on Friday, May 29.
