Oprah Called Out for Not Doing What Robert F. Smith Did in His Commencement Speech

*After all Oprah Winfrey has done to further the cause of eduction for the masses and hundreds of people in particular, she still has at least one critic who don’t think she’s done enough.

That was demonstrated this weekend when she had to call out a hater who basically said she needed to do what fellow billionaire Robert F. Smith did over the weekend at Morehouse College in his commencement speech, according to The Blast.

First some background. Winfrey spoke at University of Colorado’s commencement ceremony and announced via Instagram:

“I shook hands with all 571 members of @coloradocollege’s Class of 2019 and gave them a copy of ‘The Path Made Clear.’”

However, as we said, it was tech magnate Robert F. Smith who made headlines for his estimated $40 million move to pay off all the student loans for the 2019 graduating class at Morehouse College. We bet you can see where this is going. Yep, one of Lady O’s supposed “fans” just had to let her know how they felt she could have stepped up her game.

“Should have paid off their student debt,” the follower chided.

Well, as you can imagine, Oprah didn’t waste any time responding, and wrote: “Already paid 13m in scholarships. Have put over 400 men through Morehouse.”
