*Marcus Jordan repeatedly demanded that officers play Mariah Carey songs while in custody following his arrest early Tuesday.
According to a police report obtained by TMZ Sports, the 34-year-old was taken to a DUI testing facility in Orange County, Florida, after allegedly getting his Lamborghini SUV stuck on train tracks in Maitland. Once at the facility, officers say Jordan grew agitated over the music selection, at one point yelling, “Play some Mariah Carey up in this btch.” Authorities described him as loud, profane, and uncooperative throughout the process.
Jordan, the son of NBA legend Michael Jordan, was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence. Police reports and eyewitness accounts detail a chaotic scene, with Jordan repeatedly pulling away from officers and refusing to take a breath test.
Inside the police vehicle, he became increasingly combative but reportedly began singing during the transport.
Officers also noted that he exhibited a “sarcastic, patronizing attitude,” constantly fidgeted, and grew confrontational when given commands.

Jordan now faces three charges: DUI crash with property damage, possession of cocaine, and resisting an officer without violence. He was released late Tuesday morning and has not publicly commented on the incident.
Meanwhile, the description on TMZ Sports’ YouTube footage showing Jordan’s arrest states, “New police video, obtained by TMZ Sports, shows Marcus Jordan name-dropped his famous father to cops in an apparent effort to get out of trouble before his arrest on Tuesday morning.”
