*Motown Gospel artist Tye Tribbett took home six trophies at the 2024 Stellar Awards on July 20 at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas.
Tribbett won Artist of the Year and Song of the Year for “Only One Night Tho (Live)” and received the James Cleveland Lifetime Achievement Icon Award, Billboard reports.
Jekalyn Carr won four awards, including the Female Artist of the Year award. Melvin Crispell III, Ricky Dillard, and Lisa Knowles-Smith & The Brown Singers each earned two awards.
Comedians Loni Love and Rickey Smiley co-hosted the show, where Kim Burrell received the Aretha Franklin Icon Award.
As Billboard reprots, the performers included Chandler Moore, Kierra Sheard, Anthony Brown and group therAPy, Da’ T.R.U.T.H, Israel Houghton, Karen Clark Sheard, Kelontae Gavin, Koryn Hawthorne, Lisa Knowles-Smith, Mali Music, Melvin Crispell III, Rich Tolbert Jr., Tasha Page-Lockhart, Ricky Dillard and Tamela Mann.

“The Stellar Awards has always been a beacon of hope and inspiration, celebrating the very best in gospel music. The two-hour show was taped over the weekend and will premiere on the Stellar Network on Aug. 3 at 8 p.m. and repeat at 11 p.m. ET. It will also air in syndication from Aug. 10 to Sept. 8. BET will broadcast the show on Aug. 4 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
