*A pair of teen suspects didn’t do themselves any favors with Tracy Davis, a Louisville judge who personally let them know who is running things in her courtroom.
Jefferson County, Kentucky Judge Davis was not the one to play with when Demaurion Moore and Mekhi Cable were caught fighting in the courthouse.
The pair’s reason behind their, court stems from them being charged with killing Tyree Smith at a school bus stop in 2021 as well as other shootings. At the time of the Smith shooting, WHAS11 noted, Cable and Moore were 16.
According to Davis, she was at lunch when word via a phone call she received that the young suspects were fighting.
Needless to say, Davis had something for Cable and Moore when she got back on her job, according to Sandra Rose.

“That is one thousand percent disrespectful and it will not be tolerated, she told Moore and Cable.
“I’m not your momma; don’t play with me. You all are in here for charges of murder, and you’re acting a damn fool fighting in the back. You know what a fight is? That’s an assault charge. You want another assault charge?”
“What you won’t do is have me talk to you like this ever again! Do I make myself clear?” said Davis continued as the mother of one of the teens burst into tears during her rant.
The judge’s words struck a nerve with the distraught mom. From there, the mother had words with her son, telling him to address Davis more clearly.
Furthering her point, the judge warned Moore and Cable of the consequences of their actions, saying if they fought again, she would hold them both in contempt of court.
