*Irv Gotti, cofounder of Murder Inc. Records, has been accused of rape in a lawsuit filed in Miami-Dade on July 11.

The accuser is identified only as Jane Doe, and she claims Gotti (born Irving Domingo Lorenzo) sexually assaulted and abused her multiple times between 2020 and 2022. These attacks occurred in numerous locations, including Saint Martin, Miami, and Atlanta, where he allegedly forced her to have sex with him and threatened her if she didn’t comply.

“As a result of this sexually abusive relationship, Plaintiff has suffered severe emotional and psychological harm for which she had to be committed to a psychiatric ward,” the lawsuit reads, the Miami News Times reports.  “These injuries continue and affect Plaintiff to this day.”

The woman claims that she “suffered constant abuse” throughout her relationship with Gotti. They finally called it quits in 2022 after he forced her to perform fellatio on him in the back of an Uber in Atlanta.

“Following this event, the relationship ended,” the lawsuit reads.

Jane Doe asserts that Irv spread defamatory remarks about her on social media, leaving her afraid to leave her home. She further alleges that his actions caused her “severe emotional and psychological harm for which she had to be committed to a psychiatric ward.”

When 50 Cent heard about the lawsuit, he turned to social media to poke fun at Irv’s finances.

“The legal fees are gonna break his ass in half, he ain’t got no money,” 50 Cent wrote on Instagram.

Irv Gotti hasn’t commented on the allegations.
