*The son of Wendy Williams,Kevin Hunter Jr., has reportedly been evicted from his $2 million Miami apartment.

The move came after the former talk show host “was cut off from her fortune and can’t pay his rent,” according to court filings. A lawsuit against the 22-year-old claims rent has not been paid since February of this year, and Kevin is on the hook for $70,000 in back rent, The Sun reports.

Kevin reportedly told the court in his response to the lawsuit that his mother had been paying his rent but stopped as she “went through some health issues that put the court in control of her finances,” he said, and that “all of the financial support that she always gave stopped.”

Kevin said, “for medical and legal reasons, she has not been able to pay the rent for the past months since the 1-year lease ended and the court controlled her finances.” He added, “Everything happened very quickly and unexpectedly and I had no idea things would end up like this.”

Kevin also noted in his response that he would be moving out on September 7th.

We previously reported that Wendy’s Wells Fargo accounts were frozen in January and she has been battling the bank since for control of her accounts. Wendy’s ex, Kevin Hunter Sr., is reportedly being affected by this as he claims he could face foreclosure if his alimony payments don’t resume, according to The Sun report.

In related news, Williams’ brother Tommy Williams says his sister has abandoned their elderly father Thomas Williams Sr.

“Wendy hasn’t been in communication the way we anticipated. Everybody’s able to kind of shrug it off, but it’s painful when it comes to her father, it’s painful,” said Tommy, as reported by The Sun.

“I think it’s necessary for her to see him and let him know what her status is, but she doesn’t communicate with him,” he added.

“He’s 92 in February, and he’s in great shape, but she’s really missing out,” Tommy continued.

“It is more painful because this is the month of our mother’s passing, and now she hasn’t progressed with her relationship with her father. I can’t understand it,” Tommy told the outlet, adding “It’s really Wendy’s loss.”

Tommy is hopeful that the holidays will cause Wendy to have a change of heart.

“We’ll see what the holidays bring,” Tommy said.
