*Karlissa Saffold, the mother of Blueface, refused to help pay his bond following the rapper’s recent arrest for attempted murder.
“Y’all got to be some of the slowest people on the bus, I swear to god,” Saffold said in a recent video shared on social media, Ace Showbiz reports.
“Don’t come talking to us about no bail money,” Karlissa continued in the clip. “Don’t come talking to us about my son. We created ‘Thotiana’,” she added, referencing Blueface’s breakout single. “We paid for it. Me, his father, my husband and (Blueface’s child’s mother) Jaiyden. We paid for the song. We helped create your artist for you. Don’t come to us about no goddamn bail money.”
Blueface’s 2018 single “Thotiana” brought him insta-fame and the track became a top 10 hit on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

Blueface and his mother have a strained relationship and she publicly cut ties with him in August, according to Ace Showbiz. Earlier this year, he kicked Karlissa out of his house following her physical altercation with his girlfriend Chrisean Rock.
His mother said in her social media post, “son you lost your mom the day you let that woman disrespect me and then kick me in the head while you videotaped it,” she wrote on Instagram.
“You lost everything that day you just haven’t accepted it yet. You’re done. You had one job and that was to open the gate for those of us who earned it. You couldn’t even do that. You were never the one! You were only the gate keeper. I’ll take it from here.”
Blueface was with his on-again-off-again girlfriend when he was arrested in Las Vegas on Tuesday. The couple was outside Lo-Lo’s Chicken & Waffles when he was taken into custody for felony attempted murder with the use of a deadly firearm or tear gas that occurred on October 8.
Blueface is seen in a video online shooting at a truck outside Euphoric Gentlemen’s Club in Las Vegas. Accordign to multiple reports, the hip-hop star is facing an additional charge of discharging a weapon into a house, building, vehicle or craft.
Blueface was released from custody after he appeared in court on Wednesday and was issued a $50,000 bail.
