Well, that was line was rhetorical, of course.
You see, we all know what’s been going on with R. Kelly for the past two years or so. He’s sitting in jail awaiting trial for sex trafficking charges. Last week, Attorney Devereaux Cannick, who is representing Kelly, told a judge that his client’s finances are gone and asked the court for daily copies of transcripts to provide to him.
It was also revealed that he’s gotten fat behind bars and needs better fitting attire to look presentable at the upcoming trial. Why? Well, because aesthetics matter when you’re on the stand.
“We need measurements for appropriate attire for his trial,” he said. “We’re trying to get his measurements. How can we take his size?”
Now comes new that’s REALLY going to gross you out, prosecutors in the case have gotten approval to present evidence that Kelly had sexual contact with late single Aaliyah when she was 13-years-old.
The couple wed in 1994 when she was 15.

The jury selection and for the trial began Monday, August 9 and opening statements due to get underway on August 18.
R. Kelly is accused of employing an entourage to find young women and girls at gigs for him to have sex with for years.
Kelly has long been suspected of having an entourage of “scouts” whose purpose was to canvas the shows at which he performed for potential victims.

Kelly maintains is innocence to this day. However, we kinda get the feeling he doesn’t know the definition of the word.
