*Melania Trump’s reaction to her step-daughter Ivanka Trump’s speech at the Republican National Convention last night was caught on camera and went viral.
As Just Jared notes, it happened after Ivanka finished introducing her father and was walking past Melania and Donald Trump on stage. Melania gave Ivanka a smile, but then her facial expression suddenly dropped and tightened to…well, definitely not a smile.

Remember, Melania’s former friend Stephanie Winston reportedly recorded her slamming Ivanka. A source told the Daily Mail, “Melania said Ivanka has not shown her the respect a first lady deserves and is constantly trying to steal the spotlight by overstepping her boundaries and behaving like her father’s most trusted confidant à la The Apprentice. Behind Ivanka’s back, Melania would often grumble to her inner circle that there’s only one first lady and that her husband was the person elected, not his entire family, referring to his kids.”
Also last night, Melania’s dress offered Twitter a “green screen” to project all kinds of crazy images upon, including dancing viruses, numbers of American deaths from COVID-19, former president Barack Obama’s certificate, Trump posing with Stormy Daniels and the “Daily Show’s” contribution of a video featuring her husband kee-keeing with Jeffrey Epstein.
