Black Newborns Are 3 Times As Likely to Die from Care of White Doctors: Report

*According to CNN, a new study has found that black newborns in America are 3 times more likely to pass away when looked after by white doctors.

The study was published Monday in the journal ‘Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America’ (PNAS).

The study shows data of 1.8 million hospital births in Florida from 1992 to 2015 that was captured and analyzed by researchers from George Mason University.
