Dad Syncs Video of Son’s Bike Crash to ‘In the Air Tonight’ Drum Break (Watch)

*With “In the Air Tonight” back on the charts 40 years after its release, thanks to 21-year-old twins Tim and Fred Williams recording their reaction to hearing it for the first time, someone used the song to create another viral moment, at the expense of a little boy’s first bike ride down a steep hill.

Kim Chvotkin filmed this video of her 10-year-old son Cooper’s ill-fated ride in Redondo Beach, Calif., which ended with him inexplicably veering into a neighbor’s plastic trash bins, bless his heart. Watch below or view here.

But the video went viral only after his father, Jamie Chvotkin, put Phil Collins’ “In the Air Tonight” underneath it, because the sound of those plastic trash bins tumbling into each other is hilariously close to the song’s iconic beat drop.

Watch below:

Jamie Chvotkin assured Storyful that “no kids were harmed in the video.” He added on Facebook that his son is “fine and back on his bike.”
