*We haven’t heard much from CeeLo Green this year but for some reason, he has decided to pop out to give his two cents on female rappers.

In an exclusive interview with Far Out, the 45-year-old musician shared his love of old pop music and offered his thoughts on the current genre while sharing what he thinks it is lacking.

“We are adults. There should be a time and a place for adult content,” Green started off. “As adults and artists, we should at least attempt to be each other’s accountability partners in some regard,” he said. “The stereotypes that are celebrated and perpetuated, ultimately make the perception a reality. It is disenfranchising and it has caused a great deal of problems.”

Trust us,, he’s not through. Read on for more.

Nicki could be effective in so many other constructive ways, but it feels desperate.” He then went on to criticize both Cardi and Megan who recently dropped their new hit, “WAP.” “Attention is also a drug and competition is around… Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion, they are all more or less doing similar salacious gesturing to kinda get into position. I get it, the independent woman and being in control, the divine femininity and sexual expression. I get it all but it comes at what cost?” #Socialites, what are your thoughts on this? ? sound off! ?? ___________________________________________________ Read more at hollywoodunlocked.com ?: Instagram / Getty Images __________________________________________________ If you have a tip or suggestion, or want to talk to us about this story, Text the word “TIP” to 1-310-388-6463
