Atlanta Mother Charged with Murder After Crashing Into Car with Her Baby Inside [VIDEO]

*An Atlanta mother has been charged with murder after police said she intentionally crashed her car, killing her 3-month-old daughter.

Titayanna Phillips, 21, has been arrested and charged with felony murder and aggravated assault after slamming her vehicle into a car driven by her child’s father, Undra Henderson, with their daughter was inside, per PEOPLE.

According to police, Phillips intentionally struck the vehicle after Henderon placed the baby inside and started to drive away, AJC.com previously reported.

Henderson lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a telephone pole.

“The car was turned sideways over here against the tree and she was ramming her car into the side of (it),” neighbor Tarangela Jones told reporters. “She was screaming, ‘I told him I’d kill him,’ and then she was like, ‘Can y’all get my baby out of the car?‘”

Henderson was transported to the hospital in stable condition, along with his daughter, Khy’undra Henderson, in critical condition. Sadly, she did not survive her injuries.

On Tuesday, Henderson, 27, took to Facebook to share an article about the crash, writing: “blessed to be alive but without khy’undra this s— don’t even matter.”

Henderson is stable but remains in the hospital.

Phillips was booked Tuesday into the Fulton County Jail, without bond.

The Atlanta Police Homicide unit continues to investigate.
