*Tamar Braxton’s new reality show is being pushed back as she continues to recover from a suicide attempt on July 16.

“Tamar Braxton: Get Ya Life!” was set to air on Thursday, but WEtv has moved the premiere date Sep. 10.

“Tamar Braxton has been an incredibly important member of the WE tv family for more than a decade, and our first concern is for her recovery and well-being,”  a statement from the network reads, per PEOPLE. “Given the current situation, we are postponing the premiere of Tamar Braxton: Get Ya Life! until September 10. This series was conceived by Tamar and is a real portrait of a dynamic woman juggling the demands of being a single mother, a new relationship and her career.”

“We know, when the time is right, Tamar’s fans will relate to seeing this honest portrait of her life, but — at this moment — we are joining with her fans and sending strength and healing in the hope that she is getting the support and help she needs at this difficult time,” the statement continues.

As previously reported, Braxton sent an email to her WEtv bosses accusing them of destroying her family and making her “suicidal.”

The letter was sent weeks before her alleged suicide attempt, Page Six reports.

Braxton details her downward spiral in the email, explaining that her family is in “disarray.”

“We fight with each other, we betray each other, and now we’re physically assaulting each other — all happening because your show [“Braxton Family Values”] has chosen to show the absolute worst side of a strong, independent and successful African American family; a show that I created to showcase a strong Black Family as a beacon of hope for all the young black girls and boys out there; instead you coached and cajoled us into finding the worst in each other,” she wrote.

She went on to call the network “cruel white slave masters who once chained our forefathers, and the oppressive police forces that now terrorize our communities,” she added, “I hope those ratings were worth it because you succeeded in destroying a great black family.”

Braxton noted that “the final stake into the heart of my family” was “the day you dug up a secret I’d never shared with anyone, a secret I was so ashamed to talk about that I hid it even from my own mom: the fact that I had been assaulted and raped repeatedly from age 6 to age 16, sometimes multiple times a day.”

Braxton’s boyfriend, David Adefeso is said to be equally pissed off over how he’s portrayed in the series. He broke his silence on Braxton’s condition last week.

“This is an extremely difficult time for Tamar and her family as she navigates professional and personal struggles including her battle with depression,” he said in a statement. “Tamar is currently receiving the best available medical attention to address those struggles and strengthen her mental health, and her family and I will remain by her side throughout her treatment.”
