*A white man identified as gay porn actor Joe O’Brien was fired after video of him saying the N-word on New York’s Upper East Side went viral, according to The Gaily Grind.

In the footage, shared by city council candidate Anthony Beckford on Sunday, O’Brien is seen shouting the slur from his silver 2009 Pontiac Vibe because he felt the Black sanitation worker was blocking his car.

O’Brien is then seen getting into an argument with a bystander filming the incident as he crossed the street in front of him. O’Brien and the bystander get into a heated exchange. At one point, the bystander tells him sarcastically, “You’re so fierce.”

O’Brien responds: “I know I am, thank you. Are you gay, too?”

The bystander says no. O’Brien says, “You’re not? Well you look like it.”

The banter then escalates to O’Brien threatening to leave his car and “beat the s**t out of you.” The bystander invites him to try, and O’Brien obliges. Video from another angle reveals that O’Brien successfully snatched the passerby’s phone and threw it to the ground.

Find out who this racist person is and let us hold them accountable. This and any other act of racism will NOT be tolerated. As City Council Member of #District45, I will be holding these racists accountable.”

After the video went viral, several outlets identified the driver as O’Brien, based on the tattoo on his hand. O’Brien was then revealed to be a gay pornographic fil m actor who goes by the stage name “Dustin Gold.” On Tuesday, Helix Studios announced they had fired him as an exclusive model due to the incident. They also noted that he has not worked with the studio since 2014.

Meanwhile, TMZ reported Tuesday that the New York Police Department is aware of the video and is trying to locate the precinct where it was filmed. Authorities say a victim has not come forward to formally file a report.
