*Blac Chyna has been ordered to pay her former landlord Michael Kremerman more than $58K in their ongoing legal battle.
We previously reported…. Kremerman slapped the former stripper with a lawsuit last year for a breach of lease. According to court documents obtained by The Blast, he claims that in 2017, Chyna signed a one-year lease for a 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom, $4.5 million Studio City home from Kremerman at $16,000 a month.
At the time, things must’ve been going really good for Blac Chyna because she extended the lease until March 31, 2019, he said.
We can only assume the money got funny because she moved out of the home in November 2018 and stopped paying, despite the lease running through March.
As a result, Kremerman said he was out of pocket to the tune of $30,546 in unpaid rent, plus $18,006.06 in damages, for a grand total of $48,552.06.

Meanwhile, the mother of two claims Kremerman owes her hefty fees from her security deposit and for fraudulently accusing her of not paying rent.
Earlier this year, a judge ordered Blac Chyna to pay Kremerman $72,000 after she failed to respond to his lawsuit.
On Friday, a California judge denied her request seeking thousands in damages. Chyna was also denied a hearing over the financial judgement against her, per Page Six.
“The judge reduced the amount to $58,400, but that did not change the fact that he denied Chyna the right to have her day in court against her former landlord,” Chyna’s attorney, Lynne Ciani, told the outlet.
Speaking out against Friday’s decision, Ciani said the judge “allowed Chyna’s former landlord to take $58,400 from her personal bank account during the coronavirus pandemic without proving his case against her.
“The judge denied Chyna‘s claim that she used that money in part to pay for food, clothes, and shelter for her and her two young children,” Ciani’s statement continued.
Chyna intends to appeal the court’s decision, according to the report.
