*Keedron Bryant, the 12-year-old Florida boy who moved millions with his acapella performance of a song written by his mom after watching video of George Floyd’s murder, is now the latest addition to Warner Records. The song that gave him notoriety, “I Just Wanna Live,” was rereleased today as his official first single, complete with added music and lyrics.

A music video for the song was also released today, featuring the lyrics photoshopped onto a montage of images from protests past and present. Warner said it deliberately timed the song and video releases for Juneteenth.

Bryant told Billboard via email of his record deal, “I really want to make an impact on this world, especially the young generation.”

Warner says it is donating 100 percent of the net profits from “I Just Wanna Live” to the NAACP. In addition, Amazon Music will donate one dollar for each stream of the song to the NAACP through 9 p.m. PT tonight (June 19), up to $50,000.
