*Move over Netflix, there’s a new streaming service in town and its eyes are set on the urban community.
UrbanFlix TV is delivering a fresh slate of scripted and unscripted original programming, as well as a wide array of high caliber multicultural content, at least according to Deadline.
It debuts its launch with the star power of Ray J and his new TV show “Pump” with leading lady and former “My Wife and Kids” actress, Jennifer Freeman.
Jennifer admits that she had to snag this role because the script was so funny. And, the ensemble cast is hilarious! The cast includes Ray J, Jennifer Freeman, McKinley Freeman, Lanett Tachel, Redaric Williams, Cynthia Rodriguez, Christian Torres Villalobos, Michael Jai White, and Masika Kalysha.
Storyline? Here you go: When trainer, Sean Ford (Ray J) gets the opportunity of a lifetime, he leaves his job high and dry as his POWER PUNCH videos transform him from Fitness Trainer into “Fitness God.” But after his supplement line causes spastic bouts of diarrhea, he and his videos are banished from the industry.
Curious to know how it was to work with Ray J, she said he is professional and amazing! But we knew that already. Ray J keeps the ladies smiling. Did you see his appearance on Wendy Williams? She couldn’t stop blushing. (in my WW voice) How you doing?
Back to our leading lady. The beautiful actress and mother has been busy. She recently added author to her bio. “Journey to Loving Yourself” is a 21-day devotional available on Amazon now. It doesn’t stop there. Freeman also has a new movie coming to BET called “The Business of Christmas” so be on the lookout. In the meantime, you can catch her with the likes of Naomi Campbell and other celebs that have followed the trend of YouTube. That’s right! Jennifer is excited about opening her life with the world and making videos with her daughter Bella.
