*Tempers flared outside an East York, PA Red Lobster recently between an irate customer seeking a refund for having to wait 3 hours for her curbside order, and mask-wearing employees who were trying to prevent her from storming inside.
“Let me show my bill to get my refund,” the woman kept yelling. When they stressed that all they needed was her name, she identified herself before reaching around a male employee and slapping the face of a female worker.
That worker, “Tiffany,” grabbed hold of the woman’s blonde hair and would not let go.
