The singer’s dramatic transformation is credited to a 1000 calories-a-day diet and regular exercise, including Pilates
“Thank you for the birthday love. I hope you’re all staying safe and sane during this crazy time,” she captioned a photo of herself looking glamorous in a little black dress behind a giant floral wreath.
Her new figure is also reportedly partly due to the Sirtfood Diet, involving a regime of plant products like turmeric, kale, buckwheat and green tea
The British native, now based in LA, also used the opportunity to thank everyone doing time on the front lines of the coronavirus pandemic.
“I’d like to thank all of our first responders and essential workers who are keeping us safe while risking their lives!” she continued. “You are truly our angels ♥️2020 okay bye thanks x.”

It’s obvious that Adele has become increasingly health-conscious over the last year or so. Here’s what an insider told E! News:
“She goes to different gyms. She goes early in the morning and meets with her trainer. She gets her workout in first thing. She works out for about an hour and leaves drenched in sweat and looking like she worked very hard.”
She reportedly attends a couple of private fitness classes every week.
“She’s also staying active going on walks and getting in a lot of steps. She is in a groove,” the E! News source added.
The bottom line is all that work and dedication is paying off. Adele is definitely an inspiration to others who want or need to lose weight.
