*Olympic champ Simone Biles is the latest to get in on the handstand challenge, which nominates the fittest of celebs to do a handstand while putting on a shirt, or something similar.
Actor Tom Holland shared a video of himself taking on the challenge a few weeks ago, after which he nominated Jake Gyllenhaal to do the same. Ryan Reynolds was also challenged, but he replied, “No!”

As noted by Teen Vogue, Lolo Jones did the handstand challenge while putting on two t-shirts and sipping on a drink.

Biles decided to add a twist to the challenge. Instead of doing a handstand against a wall, she performed the stunt in the middle of the room on a gymnastics mat. The famed gymnast also removed her sweatpants without using her hands… all while maintaining perfect balance — watch the clip below.
