*Houston police are searching for three female persons of interest in the fatal shooting of a 5-year-old boy.
Jordan Allen Jr. was taken off of life support at Texas Children’s Hospital a week after he was hit by a stray bullet. The boy was recording Tik Tok videos with his dad on the family’s apartment balcony his dad stepped in the house to get him some juice. That’s when six shots ran out, according to his family and the medical examiner.
“Everybody ran in the house and the kids’ room in the house, so I ran to the porch, and then I see my son on the ground holding his head asking for my help,” Allen Sr. said. He added that he’s now trying to figure out how he’ll lay his son to rest amid the coronavirus pandemic.
At press time, police were trying to locate Shapree Monique Stoneham, 29; Khalisah Smith, 18; and Alexis Moshae Gore, 22. Investigators would like to speak with the women and emphasize they are not charged at this time.
