*As soon as you saw Gayle King enter Club Quarantine Saturday night, you knew that host D-Nice would likely end up a guest on Monday’s “CBS This Morning.”
King interviewed Nice, a.k.a. Derrick Jones, via satellite (of course) from his home in Los Angeles. King said that on Saturday night, she got out of bed, joined the party and started “dancing around the room in my t-shirt” after “people started calling.”
D-Nice said that while in self-isolation and missing his family, he woke up at 4 in the morning on Friday with the idea to play a set for his friends. The next day, he hooked up his turntables, started spinning, “and then I noticed the crowd started to grow.”
