*There seems to be trouble in paradise for Nene Leakes and her husband Gregg.
The “Real Housewife of Atlanta” star says caught her man having inappropriate conversations with a former employee.
NeNe spilled the tea when she stopped by Angela Yee’s “Lip Service,” claiming Gregg took a liking to a newly hired staffer at NeNe’s new boutique in Maryland. She explained how Gregg was tasked with hiring employees, and a woman who NeNe simply referred to as “Juanita” caught his eye, so he decided to risk it all.
NeNe says she learned of Gregg’s sly behavior when Juanita had a heated exchange with a gay male employee.
“The gay guy said, ‘I don’t appreciate you calling me a queen,'” NeNe recalled. “He said listen, ‘You wouldn’t want to do that because you know I know your secret.’ He was like, ‘How about you and Mr. Gregg be FaceTiming and talking?'”
NeNe overheard this and confronted Gregg.

“So, you’ve been talking to Juanita,” NeNe asked her husband. “He said, ‘No! I never talked to her.’ And I was like ‘Okay, you have. Bye.’ He went insane, after one question, he was screaming going crazy and then her phone beeped. She picked up the phone.”
“You know what you need to do, don’t you?” NeNe told Juanita. “I said, ‘You need to drop your keys and your badge’ and that little gay boy was like, ‘I’ll show you the door’ and she went out the door gracefully.”
Gregg eventually admitted to having conversations with Juanita but insisted they “never talked about sex.” His reason for confiding in a woman who wasn’t his wife, “Because you weren’t here for me to talk to,” he told NeNe.
The two have since worked things out but they did not speak “for a couple months” after the incident.
Meanwhile, according to thejasminebrand.com, an anonymous source close to the Leakes family alleges Nene is having an affair of her own.
The source dished to Page Six that she started seeing a man named Rodney while launching her MGM National Harbor Resort location of Swagg Boutique last spring:
“She spends a lot of time in Maryland not only because of this boutique, but also because of her side guy,” said the source. “She flaunts her relationship with him around openly like they’re together.”
According to the source, this is the reason Gregg went looking for companionship in Juanita.
“NeNe was always gone doing her own thing, so he gave [Juanita] an offer. If she played her cards right, he would pay for her mortgage, and give her a monthly allowance.”
When Page Six also spoke to Juanita Marshall, she denied any romantic involvement with Gregg.
“Gregg never propositioned me. I was a store manager, so I talked to him just like her other managers from her other locations talk to him.”
She also claims she was not fired from Swagg; she quit. “I left willingly because at the time it was just out of hand. It was too much drama for me, so I decided not to stay. I walked away from the position.”
Meanwhile, the source claims that Gregg and Nene are living totally separate lives, and Swagg Boutique employees are aware of this.
“[NeNe and Gregg’s] relationship is pretty much a business relationship. NeNe has ideas, and Gregg can execute those ideas, and that’s the only reason why they are together.
