*Every now and then, the folks at ESPN’s “First Take” book an entertainer on the show to promote a new film, TV show or album while getting the celeb’s take on their hometown sports teams.
On Thursday, Megan Thee Stallion visited Stephen A. Smith and company to talk about her new music dropping Friday (after a messy court battle) her rap career, women in the rap game and her hometown Houston Rockets. Based on this edited clip of her being asked about Rockets coach Mike D’Antoni, it looked like it was about to be a long segment for the panel.
Stephen A: “How do y’all feel about Mike D’Antoni?” (Houston Rockets Head Coach) @theestallion “who?”

In the unedited segment below, Megan talks about repping all things H-Town. She couldn’t offer an opinion on how the city feels about D’Antoni or the arrival of Russell Westbrook, but she did tout her personal relationship with James Harden.
