*Just like Madonna, who took a spill from a chair while performing on stage Friday night, Oprah found herself horizontal Saturday after taking a tumble during a speaking tour stop.
Oh wow, how embarrassing. But O’s OK, though. That’s the bottom line. Anyway, after the fall, she then 86’d the two things that appeared to be the cause.
The scene was the Forum, just outside LA in Inglewood, CA. She was there, as we said up top, on her speaking tour. Ironically, the topic of discussion on the monitor behind her was “Wellness: All things in balance.”

Hmm, looks like that balance thingy, in her case, wasn’t working too well ’cause that’s when her face said hello to the floor.
Lady O was talking about her definition of wellness, which included balance. And at that point she said …
“Wellness to me means all things in balance. And balance doesn’t mean all things are equal or at peace at all times.”
And that’s when it happened, but she got back up and said, “Wrong shoes!”

Video of the immediate aftermath was also posted on social media, and yeah … it looks like the shoes she was wearing (heels, maybe) were responsible for the collapse. Again, not to worry, everyone — O was, in fact, okay in the end, and it appears she even swapped those pesky trippers for some more reliable ones eventually.
Not before going barefoot for a bit though! Some users got pics of Oprah walking around the stage on her own two feet for a bit, with one person even saying she danced to “Old Town Road” at one point.
The bottom line is that Oprah took a tumble and like a pro, she got back up and literally kept it moving … with no shoes. So, as you can see, at least she has a sense of humor about the situation. And, she’s OK.
