OUR ROOTS: Britain’s Brave Woman; America’s Progressive Men

Our Roots - MARY PRINCE - Hiram Revels

*OUR ROOTS throws spotlight this Black History month on more history makers. The brave female slave and later author in Britain and the firsts at the Capitol Building, home of the United States Congress and House of Representatives.

As has been the aim of this illustrated feature on EURweb, the sung and unsung deserve to be celebrated and appreciated, for without them there will not be Black History Month.
