*Viewers of “Today” know that Hoda Kotb is the only anchor in Studio A that has never met Oprah Winfrey.
It became a thing last month when Hoda’s 4th hour co-host Jenna Bush-Hager interviewed Oprah in Florida for her WW tour launch. Oprah spoke to all of the studio anchors through the camera lens, and that’s when Hoda mentioned that she has yet to experience Her O’ness in person. Oprah expressed a desire to make that happen.
So the countdown began.
Today (no pun intended), it finally happened, to which Oprah exclaimed over and over upon taking the stage, “It’s happening!”
