WATCH LIVE: Late PBS Host Gwen Ifill Honored With Stamp by U.S. Postal Service

*Late “PBS NewsHour” co-anchor Gwen Ifill is being commemorated by the U.S. Postal Service with a Forever stamp this year. USPS is celebrating the release of the stamp in a dedication ceremony today at a Washington, D.C., church that Ifill attended for years.

The ceremony at the Metropolitan African Methodist Episcopal Church started at 11 a.m. ET, the same day sheets of the stamp became available to purchase. Ifill’s best friend and fellow journalist Michelle Norris is hosting the ceremony. Ifill’s PBS NewsHour co-anchor Judy Woodruff and former U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder were among the speakers. Holder read a tribute from former President Barack Obama during his remarks.
