In their IG post on Wednesday, Meghan and Harry wrote, “We are so happy to be supporting Bell’s mental health campaign. Each time you watch bell_lets talk official video on Instagram, Bell will donate 5 cents towards Canadian mental health initiatives. So please share, please talk and be part of the solution.” The note also included a Canadian flag.

Speaking of mental health, Prince Harry has “suffered a lot” and is simply trying to “protect his cub and his lioness,” says his longtime friend, polo star Nacho Figueras, in the new special about the Duke of Sussex’s decision to split their time between the UK and North America, as they pursue new careers.

“He’s being a father,” Figueras, says. “This is a guy who is trying to protect his cub and his lioness from whatever it takes.”

He adds, “I spoke to Harry a few days ago,” Nacho says in the special, according to GMA. “He has suffered a lot from all of the things that have happened to him. He suffers a lot from people judging him.”

Harry opened up in a recent ITV documentary about the death of his mother, Princess Diana, saying, “I will not be bullied into playing a game that killed my mum.”

“Royal Divide: Harry, Meghan, and the Crown” will air on ABC tonight (Jan. 29) at 10 p.m. ET.
