*Evelyn Lozada is attempting to sue “Basketball Wives” co-star Chijindu “OG” Ogom for defamation but hasn’t been able to serve her.

According to Bossip, Lozada pleaded with a judge last month to be able to serve Ogom by printing a notice in a newspaper. However, her request was denied.

Previously, the judge and court had granted her a two-month time limit to facilitate the lawsuit, however, she hasn’t been able to contact Ogom. Back in 2019, Lozada filed a suit against her for the intentional infliction of distress in addition to defamation for suggesting she was racist online.

We previously reported, Lozada is suing OG for defamation, claiming she has lost out on several endorsement deals after being accused of being a racist.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Lozada is coming for Chijindu’s pockets after she labelled the “Afro-Latina” a racist bigot on social media.

Fans are even calling for Lozada to be booted from the reality series because of her racist rants against women she has conflict with on the hit VH1 show.

Several petitions were launched on calling for the termination of the longtime cast member, RollingOut reported.

When Lozada seemed to compare OG to a “monkey” in an Instagram post, Chijindu responded on Twitter, writing: “AND THERE iT iS..SHOW YOUR TRUE COLORS YOU RACiST BiGOT.. YOU CALLED CECE “LiNG LiNG” JACKiE A “COCKROACH” & NOW ME A “MONKEY” MAY GOD TAKE CARE OF YOU WELL WELL..EVELYN LOZADA..@vh1 NOT OK” (see her post above).

Evelyn says as a result of OG calling her a racist on social media, she has lost out on several job opportunities. She’s now suing her for defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
