THE REAL Welcomes Say Yes To The Dress America’s Randy Fenoli & Jeannie Has A ‘One Lie Law!’

*On Friday, Jan 10, “The Real” celebrates Fri-Yay and the hosts discuss the many reasons and behaviors that get followers blocked on their respective social media accounts. Co-host Amanda Seales even has a catchy song that she sings during the blocking process!

The ladies talk about whether or not it is ever okay to be untruthful to your significant other and co-host Jeannie Mai gives her definition of a lie while describing her “One Lie Law.”

Also, co-hosts Adrienne Houghton and Amanda use their experiences of living in New York City to advise subway riders on what they consider to be the best seat on the train.

Later, fashion designer and reality television personality Randy Fenoli stops by to chat about his series Say Yes to the Dress: America and the time that he had to walk out of a bridal appointment due to the unsavory behavior of the bride’s mother.

The Hosts Reveal What It Takes To Get Blocked By Them On Social Media

Amanda Seales: What are your blocked and blessed rules?

Jeannie Mai: Uh… at this point it’s such a reflex. (Mimics scrolling through a phone) Like I just- I- I just keep it pushing like literally… scroll, scroll, block yo’ ass, scroll. It’s like an exercise. It’s a good muscle. (Wiggles her thumb)

(The Real audience applauds)

Adrienne Houghton: I don’t even think it needs a reason.

Jeannie: No.

Adrienne: I actually think… it’s your page.

Amanda: Right.

Adrienne: And you don’t need to explain or have a reason. If I don’t like your name on Instagram…

(The Real audience applauds)

Adrienne: If I’m in the Spirit, and the Spirit says “no”, I’m going to block you. I don’t respond to people anymore. I think back in the day to feel like I had to say something…

Tamera Mowry-Housley: Me, too.

Adrienne: I literally don’t say a word… you’re just gone. You just realize, “Oh, I just can’t see her page no more.”

Amanda: I aspire to that.

Tamera: Okay, I have to ask this question… because when I usually block somebody, it just feels so good when you say it out loud and you go, (singing) “Blocked!”

(The Real audience applauds)

Tamera: I love it! Do you do that?

Adrienne: I don’t know, but I may have to start doing it.

Tamera: I read. I do the scroll, scroll, scroll… make the face… and go, (singing) “Blocked!”

Amanda: I have a song.

Adrienne: Oh, you do?

Tamera: What is your song?

Amanda: Yes. (Clears throat and sings) “I got time today. Blocked! I got time today. And blessed. All you hatin’ internets, I got time today. Hey, hey!”

(The Real hosts & audience laugh)

Tamera: Oh! That’s good!

Adrienne: I’m into it. I’m into it. I feel that.

Tamera: But, it feels good when you do.

Loni Love: (Laughs) Oh my goodness.

Adrienne: It absolutely does feel good. I think you just don’t want negativity on your page.

(EDIT)

Loni: I have a list of blocking rules. My blocking rules are as follows. Name calling, I block.

Tamera: Yep.

Adrienne: Done

Loni: Put downs, I block.

Jeannie: Bloop.

Loni: Too many questions, block.

Tamera: Really?

Loni: Ask me for money, double block.

Jeannie: Bye! Bye.

Loni: Dirty language, I block. Dirty pictures, I might unblock you.
