*Comedian and “Ready To Love” star Ashima Franklin has opened up about her assault allegations and the lawsuit against Katt Williams.
According to icecreamconvos.com, Franklin sued Williams for $3 million dollars in 2016 after she accused him (and two other women) of assaulting her and holding her hostage for two days.
Here’s what was reported at the time (via BOSSIP):
According to the suit, obtained by TMZ, Katt bragged about having “million dollar bitches” … then turned his rage on Ashima, saying … “Why am I sitting here with this hillbilly, Alabama, backwoods ass three dollar p**** bitch?”
The next day, Ashima says Katt and 2 women attacked her — leaving her with a swollen face and injuries to her chest, arms and legs — and Katt blocked her from leaving.
She adds there was another incident where Katt threw piping hot food at her face, and asked why she thought she even had the right to eat.

Williams reportedly ended up paying Franklin a “small amount” of money that he owed her, the report states.
In a recent interview with Comedy Hype, Ashima clears up some of the misunderstandings surrounding the lawsuit, and the fallout of her going public with the alleged attack.
