*Nick Gordon apparently had “black stuff” foaming from his mouth when a mystery woman discovered his unresponsive body New Year’s Day and called 911.

In the dispatch audio obtained by TMZ, a 911 operator can be heard saying over the phone: “Black stuff coming out of his mouth and he is not breathing.”

According to the Daily Mail, the woman called 911 at 5:15 a.m. on New Year’s Day but fled the scene before cops arrived to Gordon’s room at the Sheraton Orlando North Hotel.

Gordon was later “pronounced deceased” at Advent Health Altamonte Springs hospital.

Emergency dispatch refer to Gordon as ‘Nick Bouler’ as he reportedly changed his name in an attempt to distance himself from his controversial past with ex-finance Bobbi Kristina Brown. He owes BK’s estate $36million after being found responsible for her 2015 death in a civil lawsuit.

30-year-old Gordon passed away on January 1 of a suspected drug overdose.

Police have launched an investigation into the death.

In a statement to the Daily Mail, Gordon’s father, Jack Walker Jr., said he talked to his son on New Year’s Eve and he seemed happy and calm.

“I spoke with Nick during the day. He seemed happy, he seemed calm, everything was going good,” Walker Jr. told the outlet. “He was a free spirit, he was in a good state of mind. Everything that Nick was doing was great. He told me 2020 was going to be better than 2019. He had a great job.”

Gordon’s brother, Junior Walker, mourned his death on Facebook, writing, “God why did I have to lose my brother on New Year… All I can do is cry.”

He followed up with a lengthy message and shared several photos of Gordon. “New Year’s didn’t have to start like this and you just told me you HAD to see me for New Years but I’m blessed I got to talk to you last night,” he wrote in part. “You will forever be my best friend, nobody will ever take your place.”

An autopsy and a toxicology exam is underway to determine the exact cause of Nick’s death.
