As reported by Complex, on Friday’s episode, The Breakfast Club chopped it up Don Pooh, who is credited for discovering Shyne and Foxy. He was also Brown’s manager early in her career, which is why Envy inquired about Foxy sidelining her career.

“She was doing her thing for a while. She actually put out three albums,” he said around 3:45 minute mark of the YouTube clip above. “She’s a mom now. She just fell back a little bit. … Hopefully we will see or hear from her soon.”

Foxy Brown kept her pregnancy lowkey before giving birth in 2017. Wendy Williams was the first to reveal on her morning show that the female MC gave birth to a baby girl, saying at the time: “No word on exactly who the baby’s father is but allegedly it’s a reggae star and I’m not going to say his name because I think that me and Foxy have some sort of relationship, and the bureau does have a working telephone. So, maybe she’ll call us.”
