Tiffany Haddish Admits She Doesn’t Trust Women Who Don’t Have Female Friends

*While promoting her latest film about female friendships, Tiffany Haddish made clear that she does not trust women who do not have female friends.

“The opportunity to be able to show the female relationship, which I think is super important,” Tiffany told YBF correspondent Shayla Rae during a sitdown interview about her new film “Like a Boss.” Adding, “And I think a lot of women can relate to it. We all have our girlfriends.”

There are some females out there who are like ‘I don’t have no girlfriends!’ I don’t trust b*tches like that!”
“I really think it’s important to show the dynamic of a real friendship and how it has its ups and downs.”

Tiffany also shared her thoughts on doing business with your friends:

And I hate that people say ‘Oh, you can’t do business with your friends.’ Then that means they’re not really your real friends because they’re not being open and honest. If you’re open and honest about how you feel about something, then you guys are able to work together. But it’s like, why would I make millions with a stranger when I can make millions with my bestie?! In my mind, I think that’s the best way to do business.”

Meanwhile, the ladies of “Like a Boss” are the stars of InStyle‘s January cover. Haddish, who turned 40 on December 3, speaks about celebrating the milestone in the accompanying interview.

“Turning 40, I’m much more in tune with who I am. I’m a grown woman. And I have a better understanding of where I’m going,” she said.

She also explains why she bought a microscope with her paycheck from “Girls Trip”.

Recalling the time she had a date over to her house, the actress said she offered him a drink, and when he left, she swabbed the cup he used for samples of the bacteria inside his mouth.

“I like to look at germs,” she said. “Put them in the refrigerator and see how they act, put them in the sun … I look at all the juices. I had to move my lab to my bedroom once my grandma and brother moved into my house,” she says. “And I have a section in the refrigerator with a note that says, ‘Do not touch anything in this drawer!’”
“There’s a lot of guys trying to date me, and I need to know if they got germs!”

“Like A Boss” hits theaters January 10. Peep the trailer below.
