We previously reported…Monique Bunn has named Dash, his partner Raquel Horn, as well as his companies Damon Dash Studios and Poppington LLC in the lawsuit. According to The Blast, Bunn claims Dash touched her inappropriately after a photoshoot for his fashion company, Poppington, in April. According to the complaint, after the first day of shooting, Bunn spent the night at the residence he shares with Horn, and Dame sexually assaulted her while she was asleep.

“While Bunn was sleeping, Dash approached Bunn and placed his hand on Bunn’s breasts and placed hands/fingers on Bunn’s buttocks. Dash did not have the permission or consent to touch Bunn’s sexual organs,” the docs allege. “Dash was wearing a robe and had no underwear on. Dash had been drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana all day.”

Per the complaint, “Bunn was able to get Dash’s hands off her breasts and buttocks” and he left the room where Bunn remained but she“did not sleep that evening.”

Bunn says Dash and Horn refuse to return her personal photography equipment and hard drives that contain “over twenty (20) years of hip-hop culture photography and other items.”

She is seeking $50 million in damages and the return of her photography equipment.

Brown told The Wrap in a statement: “Ms. Bunn looks forward to having a jury decide the litigation.”
