*Fantasia Barrino’s daughter, Zion Quari, is growing up right before our eyes, as the teen’s proud mother often shares photos of her mini me on social media.
Zion shares a striking resemblance with her famous mom, as noted in several black-and-white photos she posted to social media last month.
“Hello from the other side,” she captioned a series of mirror selfies — see below.Â

Fantasia was only 17 when she became pregnant with Zion and dropped out of high school. Her daughter’s father is Brandel Shouse, the singer’s allegedly abusive ex who she dated in high-school.Â
In May, Fantasia gushed on Instagram about Zion graduating from college. She shared a photo of her and daughter together with her ex at the event.
In a now-deleted post, Fantasia also shared photos of Zion celebrating with her friends, along with the message:Â “Zion, you changed my life, you made all things right and at the time when most thought it was the End-for me when I became pregnant,” she wrote via ILOSM. “It was really the beginning of a Beautiful Journey and now Look at ‘you’ look at that smile.”
The Grammy winner also shared a touching message in August when Zion turned 18. In a lengthy Instagram post, Fantasia wrote: “I can’t believe my Nugget is the Big 18th. All week you have been reminding me that you’re about to be Legal and it only made me sad! Where did the time go Poo? You grew up to be such a Beautiful Young Lady.”
In a separate message to Zion, the “American Idol” winner added: “Having a hard time with this 18 thing. Have a Blast tonight, and remember always walk with class.”
