*Keke Palmer has signed on to host the upcoming reboot of the MTV iconic dating competition show “Singled Out.”

Singled Out originally ran from 1995 to 1998. Each episode featured a group of 50 singles competing for a date with one main contestant. The original hosts were Chris Hardwick and Jenny McCarthy until Carmen Electra replaced McCarthy for the last season and a half.

Comedian Joel Kim Booster will serve as cohost for the reboot.

“I am thrilled to be hosting Singled Out,” said Palmer. “To be able to reimagine this show for my generation and on a new platform is so exciting! I can’t wait for you guys to see what we have in store!”

Available exclusively on Quibi, the reboot will feature 20 new episodes of under 10 minutes in length, PEOPLE reports.

Founded by Jeffrey Katzenberg and Meg Whitman, Quibi is a new short-form mobile video platform that launches next year with content that merges the “best of Hollywood and Silicon Valley.”

Quibi (short for “quick bites”) set a April 6, 2020, launch date for its service, with shows delivered in sub-10-minute episodes, and is targeting around 7,000 episodes in the first year. The company plans to charge $5 monthly for a version with ads and $8 for an ad-free tier.

The company has raised $1 billion from investors including Disney, NBCUniversal, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Viacom, WarnerMedia, Lionsgate, MGM, ITV and Entertainment One and expects to spend a little over that amount — $1.1 billion — on content in Year One, Whitman told Variety in June.

Quibi’s website notes that “We’re on a mission to entertain, inform and inspire with fresh content from today’s top talent—one quick bite at a time.”

A roster of projects for the service are already slated from A-listers including Guillermo del Toro, Antoine Fuqua, Steven Spielberg, Sam Raimi, Jason Blum, Steven Soderbergh, Trevor Noah, Catherine Hardwick, Anna Kendrick, Doug Liman and Peter Farrelly, Variety reports.

“Singled Out” will launch on the platform in spring 2020.

In the meantime, you can catch Palmer cohosting “Good Morning America‘s” third hour alongside Michael Strahan and Sara Haines.
