*Vivica A. Fox has listed her 2,500-square-foot home, located in the Porter Ranch neighborhood of L.A.’s San Fernando Valley, for $1.049 million. The actress reportedly paid 873,000 for the home in 2015.
According to Architectural Digest, the front of the house is stucco and stone. Three-bedroom home sits in a guard-gated community and boasts “different shared living spaces, including a home office with custom stained-glass windows and built-in shelves, an open-floor-plan living area, comprising a living room, a formal dining area, and kitchen,” the outlet writes.

In late 2018, Fox gave The Los Angeles Times a tour of her living room, which she noted was her favorite room in the house.
“I get to relax in this room,” she said. “When I decided to move into my ranch-style home, I didn’t want it to be stuffy. I wanted it to be fun. This is where I have all my friends over; it’s like my front room and theater room mixed together.” The carpeted room boasts a Swarovski crystal chandelier and an oversize portrait of Michael Jackson, and a wet bar is tucked away in a small alcove.
The kitchen and the dining area feature hardwood floors, and a whole wall of stained glass windows. The master suite features more custom stained glass along one wall, according to the reports. The master bathroom has a marble deep-soaking tub and separate glass-enclosed shower, and an extra vanity.
