*If you want to get a reaction out of Keyshia Cole, just point out to her that she’s the elder in her relationship with her boyfriend Niko Khale.
The fact is the R&B singer is 38 years old and her boyfriend/baby daddy is only 23, but she obviously doesn’t want to face the reality that she’s his elder by 15 whole years. She simply can’t handle it. The singer made that clear when she was called that to her face by Nick Cannon.
Cole, Khale and their kids will be starring in an upcoming BET baby special titled, “Keyshia Cole: My New Life.” So, Keyshia and Niko are on the promo trail after recently welcoming their son in the world.
Keyshia and Niko stopped by Nick Cannon’s Power 106 radio show “Nick Cannon Mornings” to chop it up about music, their new show, and their relationship.

Everything was lovely until Cannon started asking being in a relationship with music “royalty” … an around the way of saying he’s involved with an older woman. As you know, it’s something he knows all too well about because of his relationship/marriage with Mariah Carey, who is 11 years older than him.
Yep, Nick went there, with ease we might add, and called Keyshia Niko’s “elder” and as we said above, she couldn’t handle it and let Nick know.
“I am not a f*ckin’ elder!” she responded. “I am not his f*ckin’ elder. No. Mariah’s your elder. I am not his elder.”
“And I embraced it. There was nothing wrong with being a younger man who was being molded and shaped by someone older. I learned so much from Mariah,” Nick responded.
