*Keyshia Cole is setting the record straight about reports that she’s being sued by the landlord of her LA area home for damaging the multi-million dollar luxury rental.
According to The Blast (via Celebrity Insider) a man named Glenn Feldman has filed a lawsuit against the singer, accusing her of breach of contract and causing massive damage to the property totally $70k. But Cole has slammed the “fake news” surrounding the lawsuit.
“Keyshia exclusively tells us that the damage is related to the water filter from her aquarium breaking. The now broken aquarium was created for her by the Animal Planet show Tanked, and she claims that she got insurance for that exact purpose. Keyshia claims Feldman allowed her to have the aquarium in the home on the basis that insurance was the requirement,” The Shade Room writes.

TSR added, “She added that the people from “Tanked” are responsible for the maintenance of the tank and failed to upkeep the aquarium because the show was canceled.”
Cole said Feldman is trying to bully her out of her money.
In related news, the R&B songstress recently gave birth to her second baby boy, whom she shares with boyfriend Niko Hale.
Discussing the qualities she looks for in a man, Cole told PEOPLE in January 2017: “I’ve been praying to be able to tell what’s in someone’s spirit and to know if they’re telling the truth or being fake about everything,” she revealed.
“I want someone I can call my best friend; somebody that will not allow anything to come between what we have going on and just love me for me,” Cole explained.
