THE REAL Welcomes Karlie Redd (‘L&HH:ATL’) to Talk About Her Sex Toy Business Venture! – WATCH

*On Friday, Nov. 15, The Real celebrates Fri-Yay and the hosts discuss if they would want to interview their ex’s new girlfriends.

The ladies are pleased with the choice of Ricky Gervais to host the 77th Annual Golden Globe Awards, and co-host Loni Love thinks that Kevin Hart should be asked to host the Academy Awards again, if he is up to it after his car accident.

And Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta’s Karlie Redd pulls up a chair at the Girl Chat table to reveal the most expensive things she’s done for beauty. She also talks about her new line of sex toys that were molded from her own body (along with a video showing how they were made!), and her plans to get her doctorate in sexology.

Karlie Redd Describes Making Her Line Of Sex Toys Based On Her Own Body Parts

Adrienne Houghton: You are actually using your body to help other people’s love lives in a very different way! Do tell us about your sex toys! And they’re actually coming out and they’re molded based on your own body parts. We want all the details, girl – how does this work, what is it – do tell!

[EDIT]

Karlie Redd: They put this like, mold on your, you know, on your butt…

Jeannie Mai: Like a cast?

Karlie: Yeah, like a cast.

Jeannie: Ok.

Karlie: And then they rip it off!

Tamera Mowry-Housley: (gasps)

Jeannie: Ooh.

Karlie: It hurts? But then it doesn’t hurt. It’s like wax.

[TIME LAPSE VIDEO OF KARLIE MAKING THE MOLD PLAYS]

Adrienne: Oh! Oh my god! What made you want to do this?!

Karlie: I wanted to be one of the first Black women to do it.

Adrienne: Got it, so this is something that is – women –

Karlie: It’s not only that. A lot of guys are like, “Ooh, I wanna feel you, I wanna see what it’s like,” I’m like, Ok!

Adrienne: So how can they –

Tamera: Now they can!

Adrienne: This is weird, but like –

Karlie: Now they can!

Adrienne: — how can they experience you and feel what it’s like – what is the mold?

Karlie: It’s basically a mold of your butt.

Loni: Wow.

Jeannie: I think that’s creative.

Adrienne: I’m genuinely just curious.

Loni: How long did that take?

Karlie: It took… ok, all together, like… six hours?

Adrienne: Six hours just sitting like that in that same position?

Karlie: Well no, I had some snacks…

Loni: So your butt gonna be worldwide.
